Glass Text Effect Tutorial
Stage 1
1. Make the background color black
2. Write some text.

<p>Stage 1</p>
<p>1. Make the background color black<br />
2. Write some text.</p>
<p>And you should have this: -</p>

<p>Stage 2</p>
<p>1. Turn the text layers fill to 0% and the opacity to 90%<br />

<p>2. Right click the layer and add the following blending styles<br />
3. First off add gradient supplied (Here is the .grd  <a href="http://www.sindustries.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2009/04/glassgradient.grd">Adobe Photoshop Glass Tutorial Gradient</a> )</p>

<p>4. Add a Inner Glow</p>

<p>5. Then add a Outer Glow</p>

<p>You should now have this: D and we are half way there!</p>

<p>Stage 3</p>
<p>1. Now ctrl + click on the text layer so you seen the marching ants as follows: -</p>

<p>2. <p>3. Then drag the node now however much you want down the way.</p>
<p>4. Right click on the canvas with the pen tool selected and click “make section” and then use the following settings.</p>

<p>Stage 4</p>
<p>1. <p>2. Fill the selection with the colour white</p>
<p>3. Then change the opacity of that layer to 30%</p>
<p>And Omgz!</p>
<p>All done you should have finished this tutorial with this effect: -</p>
