Hey everyone just wanted to let you know about WordPress Scotland event on 30th of August which is a Tuesday. The event starts at 5.30pm and is being held at Waxy o’Connors in Glasgow more details found here and yes I will be attending the event!

Yes, It’s been a few days since Refresh Glasgow, I’ve got to admit it was pretty fun not a very big turn out due to the sun but for it being my first time going, Refresh was really interesting. Lots of interesting stories and HTML5 chat was pretty fun.
It was great meeting everyone, putting faces to twitter avatars and meeting new people hopefully for the next Refresh it has a bigger turn out.

I have decided as my “designer resolution” that this will be the year I drop Adobe Photoshop for Adobe Fireworks for all the web design work I produce.

I’m currently smashing my to do list for today, working on adding some new features and default WordPress features back into this theme (Categories are now fully integrated again, tags is also done just needs uploaded) and working on a “view by post type” page. I will be tidying some code up and reorganising stuff later so if you see anything quirky just refresh as it’s probably me working on it.
I’ll write a post with a log of all the features added.

I got this book today from Amazon. I’ve had a little read through it but I’m kinda saving it for when I get my Wacom intuos4 tablet which is expected tomorrow, expect a review of both items later!
